We will assist the pastoral team, deacons and brothers and sisters of the church to establish a positive and healthy mental and emotional state. So as to better support the vulnerable groups in the church, other brothers and sisters, and people in society.
Our course content includes topics such as emotional management, self-compassion, and caring for neighbors to help participants develop psychological resilience and coping skills to better cope with the challenges and needs of church ministry.
Through our training, church members can learn how to improve self-care skills and reduce stress. We believe that these efforts will have a positive impact on the ministry of the church and help to improve the quality and ability of the church to serve the community.
Premarital Counseling
Assist Engaged Couples to prepare for married life. Help you and your partner build a healthy and stable relationship through professional counseling and guidance. Our professional counselors will provide you with the basics of married life, communication skills and problem solving. We will also provide you with counseling and guidance on family life, intimacy and sex education to help you and your partner create a happy married life.
Target: Engaged Couples (Planning to get married within 2 years)

We'll also give you tips on stress management, emotional regulation, and self-care to help you lead a healthy lifestyle and maintain your holistic well-being.

Assist individuals to find their own career path and plan. We will provide professional counseling and guidance to help you understand your interests, skills and values, and find a suitable career path for you. Our professional counselors will provide you with information on the job market and trends of industries, and explore different career options with you. We'll also give you tips on writing CV and interview skills to assist you in your career development.
Target: People who are interested in exploring their own career / life paths (including students, fresh graduates and career changers, etc.)
